"Unprecedented." Are you tired of that word yet?? It's been used for just about everything in the last 18 months or so. And yet, it's still what comes to my mind when I look at our list of generator installations pending. In these (I won't say it) times, people are realizing more than ever that it's time to be more in control of their power, more prepared for a failure of the system. We are doing our best to work down the list, but be prepared to be patient. Many, many people are wanting the same thing as you are and resources are stretched, both in materials and labor. But with every 5 star installation completed, we feel a great sense of satisfaction in helping yet another customer take greater control of their home's power.
It's been a busy summer installing generators. We just finished a 24kw generator installation in Leavenworth. This generator will power our customer's entire house in the event of a power outage. How we accomplish that in larger homes is the use of Smart Management Modules or SMM's for short. This particular site has three Smart Management Devices. These devices work with your transfer switch, monitoring each selected circuit and automatically supplying power where it’s needed so you can get the most from your generator. Systems can have up to 8 devices installed and you get to set the load priority. It's an innovative solution when sizing whole house generators. "Our standby generator installation went smoothly and was accomplished by a professional, highly skilled electrician. He helped explain the proper operation and maintenance which helped greatly."
Thank you to everyone who applied for our job opening. The position has now been filled and we look forward to working with our new team member the beginning of August. Have a safe and happy 4th of July!
We've been working on a off-grid system in Yakima county that was in a serious need of an upgrade. We've removed the outdated equipment and installed a brand new system. We've installed a 5.94kw solar array, a 48V 200 Amp Hour battery bank, a new 8kw Radian Flexpower system, and a Kohler generator. This new system will allow our customer to really enjoy their cabin this summer!
